Q. When is my rent due?

A. Rent is due by the 1st and late after the 5th.

 

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We accept all major forms of payments online. We also accept certified funds if needed.

 

Q. How do I request maintenance?

A. You can place a maintenance request via the online resident portal, by emailing us, calling us, dropping a note in our rent drop, or coming by our office.

 

Q. What if I have an emergency maintenance request?

A. You can call our office and go through the prompts for emergency maintenance requests. We will receive the message and call you back promptly and a maintenance team member will come out if needed.

 

Q. How long will it take for a repair to be made?

A. Typically, most repairs will be completed within 24 hours but more complex issues could take longer.

 

Q. What happens when my lease is up?

A. When your lease is up, you will have the option to renew, go month-to-month, or submit a 60-day written notice to vacate prior to your lease expiring.

 

Q. I am moving out, when will I get my deposit back?

A. Security deposits are refunded within 30 days of move out so please make sure we have your new address on file.
