Sabre Knight – Broker in Charge

Sabre is originally from Shiloh, SC, a small town in the Pee Dee region. After graduating from high school, Sabre attended Florence-Darlington Technical College where she received her license in Property Management and then as a Real Estate Sales Agent. From there, she worked as a Realtor with Century 21 and later went on to manage a 268-unit apartment community in Florence, SC. More recently, she has been the Branch Manager at a local Credit Union and worked with members to help qualify them for home ownership.

Sabre has over 15 years of local Real Estate experience. Her grandmother managed mobile homes and other rentals in the Sumter and Columbia areas, so she has been around property management and real estate her whole life. This coupled with her love of helping others achieve their dreams has kept Sabre invested in the people she serves.

Sabre currently serves as the Media Specialist for the Florence West Rotary. She recently joined the Board of Directors at the Florence YMCA and graduated in the Leadership Florence class of 2020. Sabre has earned numerous awards including Operational Excellence, Best of the Pee Dee for Apartments, Manager of the Year, HUD REAC Inspection, Green Initiatives, as well as multiple secret shopper awards. She is also a Notary Public.

Sabre resides in Florence, SC with her wonderful husband and children. She enjoys spending time outdoors and attending her children’s many sporting events. Sabre desires to serve the community, is committed to customer service excellence and embodies Bedrock’s Go-Giver philosophy.


John Evans – Managing Partner

John is from South Carolina and comes from a large corporate environment where he has 15 yrs. experience in several leadership and individual contributor roles including engineering, operations management, and most recently managing a supply chain contract portfolio of $50M in supplier spend.

He has been investing and managing real estate assets for 3 yrs. while taking the first year to learn and build a process for purchasing income-producing assets and boots on the ground property management. John has deep experience in the financial and performance metrics of property management, through closing deals ranging from $150k to $2M. He is also a licensed property manager for the state of SC and is the managing partner in Bedrock Property Management and Real Estate, in Florence SC.

John is the managing partner in Bedrock Investment Group where he recently partnered with a seasoned real estate professional with 18 yrs. experience in multiple real estate transactions. John enjoys spending time with his wife, and offshore fishing with his 14 yr. old son. He is an avid reader and has a passion for helping others see their full potential.


Ken Flowers – Managing Partner

Ken is originally from Marion, South Carolina a small town in the Pee Dee Region, after graduating from high school, he attended Francis Marion University in Florence, South Carolina where he received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Ken went on to own and operate a private ambulance service for 10 years that employed over 50 people and provided non-emergency transportation to medical patients around the Florence and Myrtle Beach areas of the state before he and his business partners sold the business in 2010.

Ken has been in real estate since 2003 where he has become a successful real estate appraiser and realtor in the Florence area. Ken and his partner own and operate Alliance Appraisal Group that provides commercial and residential property valuations throughout the region. He has successfully sold and closed on 20 million plus of real estate transactions for over 17 years.

Ken is the managing partner of Bedrock Property Management. He has been investing in and managing real estate for over 17 years as well. He has partnered with a successful business and finance professional from the corporate world and together they are a powerful well-educated team. Their main focus for the future is to grow their assets under management for their clients with multi-family investments throughout the Southeast.

Ken believes in the power of education in which he is continually reading and learning. He believes in the moto that if you can help enough people get what they want and reach their dreams then you will in turn reach your goals and dreams as well. Ken strives daily to learn more about the real estate business, particularly the multi-family space through podcast, books, seminars, conferences and webinars.
